CommScope Myanmar Limited (Voluntary Winding-up)

Calling the Final General Meeting regarding the winding-up of CommScope Myanmar Limited. [CommScope Myanmar Limited started its liquidation process on 12 June 2018, the date before the commencement of the Myanmar Companies Law ("MCL").) Pursuant to section 466 of the MCL and section 208 (E) of  the Myanmar Companies Act, the final general meeting of  CommScope Myanmar Limited which is in the course of the winding-up, is set to be held; therefore, all shareholders and  Directors are cordially invited to attend the general meeting  for consent to be sought.
