Notice For Voluntary Winding Up

Pursuant to Section 348 Myanmar Company Law

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company held at its Registered Office at No.24-27, Min Theikdi Kyaw Swar Road, East Dagon Industry Zone, East Dagon Township, Yangon, Myanmar in 22nd May 2020, the Following were passed as special resolutions:

(1) The Company is hereby decided to would up voluntarily,

(2) U Thaung Aye is hereby appointed as Liquidadtor of the company for the purpose such winding up and authorized to carry on the business to such extent and for such period as may be necessary for the voluntary winding up.

(3) Claim Notice is also hereby issued by Liquidator. I the under signed Liquidator of the company have fixed the date for Liquidation at 22nd May 2020. The Creditors of the above named company are requested to submit their claims together with the detail evidences of the debtor before 22nd August 2020 and the claims after the end of the debts will not be considered for the benefit as creditors.
