OMNIASIA COMPANY LIMITED
(In Voluntary Liquidation)

        At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company held at on 27.5.2020, the resolutions that Company was wound up voluntarily and Daw Aye Thidar (B.Com ( Q ),C.P.A) was appointed as a Liquidator were passed as special Resolutions.
       
        For above resolutions, all persons claiming to be creditors of the above Company are, therefore, requested to submit details of their claims together with any documentary evidence in their possession, to the Liquidator at the address given below at the day on 6th, July, 2020 or before that day.
